As we approach the conclusion of the BeFlexible project, we would like to reflect on two key areas:
1. Gender and inclusion management throughout the project: evaluating how inclusive and accessible our processes and language have been.
2. Team culture and integration: gathering personal insights that will help us capture the spirit of the team, and to finalize the team actions defined in deliverable D9.1.
Your answers will help us assess what we did well and where we can improve, while also creating a digital keepsake of the team behind BeFlexible.
• Your answers to the gender and inclusion questions will be anonymized and used for internal evaluation and reporting purposes within the BeFlexible project.
• The personal and light-hearted information you share (such as hobbies, favorite food, etc.) will be used to create a private, consortium-only landing page as a digital memory of the amazing team we’ve been part of.
• No data will be shared publicly without explicit consent. All responses will be stored securely and handled with care, in accordance with GDPR guidelines.
